Thanks for being here! Below you will find answers to our returns & exchanges policy. Note that due to being a small business, we are not able to do as much as other online big box stores. We promise to continue to make your experience one to remember, so please don't ever stop being our babe!

POLICY

  • Full refunds are not permitted at the moment - we are working on providing this service in the near future
  • If you wish to exchange an item due to incorrect sizing or not 100% happy,  email hi@marfemme.com - we want to make sure we have a different size available 
  • Shipping charges are not refunded or credited. If you decide to return/exchange an item, please note that we are not responsible for shipping costs
  • Marfemme allows you to receive online store credit within 14 days after receiving your items
  • Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached
  • Sale, accessories and swimwear items are FINAL
  • If you believe your item is damaged please email hi@marfemme.com within 3 days of receiving the item(s) for further assistance

STORE CREDIT

  • Online store credit expires within 6 months of issued date
  • Store credit will be issued within 1-3 business days after receiving the merchandise 
  • You can use your credit on any marfemme merchandise available online
