Here is my WHY

Hey babes - welcome to our new blog section! I decided to dedicate this section to YOU because we are bffs - duh! But before we begin I wanted to tell you my WHY. 

I launched marfemme in the middle of a pandemic in 2020 without hesitation and full on confidence. Don't let the quick success "wow" you. This launch was a year in the making and many other failed projects like a handbag line I worked on back in 2009 that went no where, but learned so much. After blogging for a few years, coaching aspiring bloggers and working retail full time, made me realize that I can totally run an online brand of my own. I wanted to launch a brand that resembled me = happy, positive, goal getter! Marfemme is more than just a brand, it's a lifestyle full of love and happiness. I try my best to make sure we are relatable and never "perfect". Yes we still have so much more to add, but one step at a time. I have created so many amazing relationships with most of you because you believe in what I am doing with Marfemme, and it's only the beginning. 

Most of what I do is with my mom in mind - she passed in 2009 from colon cancer and she was the definition of warm hearted and resilient. I want her to be proud. So whenever you see sunflowers, they are meant for my mom! I want her presence to be everywhere especially in this business because without her, I wouldn't be able to do what I love. I truly believe she gives me strength every single day.
